Recovery Services

Every session is tailored to each individual, depending on what is discovered upon assessment. The goal is to manipulate the muscle tissue through various therapeutic massage techniques in order to decrease tension, to assist the body's natural healing process and bring your body to a neutral state.

* * *Focused work is strongly recommended for every session. I suggest focusing on the primary areas of concern. For those fully interested in investing in their self-care, we give each area of concern the attention necessary to recover the muscle tissue which requires focus. Keep in mind self-care consistency is highly important as well.
